What is the GDPR?
The RGPD or General Data Protection Regulation is the European regulation regarding the protection of personal data and its free circulation. In other words, it regulates the treatment carried out on personal data related to people in the European Union (EU).

As a seller, you can adapt your website to the General Data Protection Regulations, which will allow you to comply with the LSSI regulations and avoid sanctions related to non-compliance with any of these regulations.
In addition, you will offer greater transparency to your customers.

Installation

The installation and configuration of the module does not require any advanced knowledge. The installation and configuration steps are really simple:
- Install the module by selecting it from the modules section of the administration area of your website.
- Once installed, you must fill in the requested information (name of the store, company name, company address, telephone...).
-With the information filled in, you must click "Generate texts", which will create the texts below where you can modify and copy them on your website.

This module, by itself, does not allow 100% compliance with the requirements of the GDPR. It will be essential to review and adapt the texts to the reality of your company.
In addition, you must copy the texts generated in the corresponding sections of your website, since this tool generates the texts, but does not publish them.
These texts are adapted to the Spanish GDPR, the templates might need changes if they are to be used for another country.
