Ce que vos clients aimeront

  • Customers can easily select a date and time for the delivery of their order, from a datepicker / calendar widget during checkout.  Any days which have been blocked by the store owner are disabled and greyed out in the calendar so the customer is aware which dates are unavailable.
  • Customer can choose a delivery time slot.
  • Delivery Date and time will be displayed on the customer invoice and email for later reference.

The module is great for stores selling products which need to arrive on a pre-decided date, useful for stiores selliing birthday presents, anniversary gifts, flower stores, grocery goods as well as the delivery of larger goods such as buuilding, diy, white goods and more.

Timeslots

Timeslots allow your customers to select a time as well as a date during checkout for their order to be delivered within.  This feature is optional, you can display the calendar only during checkout or display the calendar and timeslots.

  • Create different timeslots for different carriers and different days of the week
  • Timeslots which have passed are automatically hidden
  • Limit the number of orders that can be placed within each timeslot.  Timeelots which are no longer available due to the order limit being reached will be hidden.

Days to Delivery 

  • Define the number of days from today before the customer can select a delivery date.  For example, only selection of days after 2 days from current date.
  • Customize the days to delivery individually for each day of the week
  • Allow same day delivery, next day delivery or more.  Customize according to your delivery schedule.

Cut off times

  • Define a time in the day after which the next available day rolls over
  • Cut off times can vary from carrier to carrier
  • Cut off times can vary from weekday to weekday

Order Preparation times

Define how long it takes you to prepare an order for shipping to make sure the customer cannot select a date and time before an order would be ready.

Not all  products can be delivered on the same day, we've taken care of this for you.

Specific date configuration

Need to customize all the above for specific dates throughout the year, for holidays such as Christmas.  No problem, the module allows you to do this.

Delivery Distances

If you need to limit deliveries by distance then the mdoule can be used to hide certain delivery options during checkout based on the distance between the customer and your carrier depot. Furthermore, you can speciify a different delivery radius for individual carriers in your store

Choose between layouts

Allow the customer to pick a date (and / or time) from a typical calendar during checkout or from a schedule overview table

Delivery Manager

As well as showing you the delivery date and time in the order details in the back office, the module also features a delivery manager which provide you with an outlook of deliveries for the days, weeks or months head.

  • Orders and Order List in the back office
  • Emails to the customer - Delivery date and time displayed in order confirmation emails to customer
  • Emails to the Merchant - Delivery date and time displayed in the new order confirmation to the Merchant (via the Mail Alerts module)

Back Office Delivery Date Management

Admin can modify the delivery date and time in the back office for existing orders
Admin can enter a delivery date and time when create a new order in the back office
