What is better order number 123456 or ABC-08-21-25 where the ABC represents your brand name, 08 and 21 represents the month and year, 25 represents the order number.
 
By customizing the order  and invoice numbers you cannot only differentiate the order numbers from reset of the competitors, you can also get important information about the order by just looking at the order number.
 
Available Variables/Tabs:
 
  • - This tag generate random number. If you use this tag, system automatically display field "Random number length" to select length of random number.
  • - This tag generate alphabetic reference. If you use this tag, system automatically display field "Random alphabetic length" to select length of random alphabetic reference.
  • - This tag generate alphanumeric (numbers and alphabetical characters together) reference. If you use this tag, system automatically display field "Random alphanumeric length" to select length of random alphanumeric reference.
  • - This tag generated automatically counted values. You can choose starting value of counter and a step, which represent counter value rising. You can reset counter every time you want when you set "Counter number start" field to another value.
  • - This tag generate order ID number.
  • - This tag generate shop ID number.
  • - This tag generate actual year number.
  • - This tag generate shortcut of actual year, for example 15,16,17.
  • - This tag generate actual month number.
  • - This tag generate actual week number.
  • - This tag generate actual day in week number.
  • - This tag generate actual day in month number.

When using a or variable you can customize following options
 
  • Random number length
  • Counter start date
  • Counter steps (If it starts from 1 than the second order will have 2, 3 or 4)
  • Add counter reset time in terms of weekly, monthly, yearly, specific date or when counter hits a specific number. You can select “Never” if you don’t want to reset the counter
  • Customize counter length (If 4 is selected the first counter number would be 0001 instead of 1)
