Installation
Navigate to “Modules > Module Manager”, click on “Upload a module / Select file”
Select the module file “blockonsale.zip” from your computer then click on “Open” to install.

Block on sale configuration have a option to set the number of products on the home page and category subpage also randomly display products if you have more products selected on sale than you are allowed.
