Installation
First of all, click “Add new module” at modules tab on back office. You will find it in the top right. After that, select packaged file you have downloaded and click “Upload file”. Now your module appears on modules list. Click on “Install”, and “Configure” next.
You can also unload .zip file and upload it into your modules directory. In this way you will install and configure module from modules admin.

A system of ratings and reviews can not be missing from your online store to give credibility to the products you sell to future buyers.
This module allows you to add a very complete and simple rating and comment system to manage at the same time.
The operation is very simple. The customer makes an order and from the same detail of the order, if the status of the order allows it, you can see a new block where it is possible:
- Sending a rating and review for each product you have purchased.
- Editing the rating and review.
- Rating, title, review and photo can be added.
A new section also appears in the customer account that allows managing all the comments of all the products purchased.
In all product listings, the rating stars may appear along with the total number of reviews.
On the product page, just below the button "Add to cart" appears a summary of the ratings with direct link to see the comments.
All reviews on the product are shown in the bottom of the product page.
You have the possibility to enable the filter that allows you to show reviews according to the rating, reviews with photo or highlighted comments.
In the home page of the store it is possible to enable the summary of ratings of all the comments of the product that the shop has received.
Also, this module adds a page where all the comments of the product that the store has received are shown.
In the Backoffice, this module adds 2 new links within SELL - Catalog from the side menu:

In the section "Product comments" you can see a list of all the reviews sent by customers about the products purchased. Actions to add, view, modify and delete are available.
From the comment page you can see:
- All related information: customer, order reference, product, date, etc
- Overall rating on the product.
- Title and description of the comment.
A comment can be activated and deactivated at any time. In addition, you can also send a response.
From the "Criterions" section you can create criteria for the comments of the product without limit. The criteria may be associated with one or several categories.
From the configuration of the module it is possible:
- Access comment management.
- View the change history.
- Deciding if you want to moderate the comments or not.
- Enable the possibility of receiving an email for each comment received.
- Choosing the employee who will receive notifications of new comments about the product.
- Deciding whether to send an email to the client when your comment has changed status.
- Reward the customer for sending your review. The reward for the customer is a discount coupon for the next purchase.
- Deciding the percentage of the discount.
- Indicating the number of days that the discount will be available.
- Deciding whether to send an email to the client to promote your reviews.
- Indicate the number of waiting days to send emails to the customer to promote the publication of your reviews.
For the product page it is possible to:
- Show the rating summary.
- Show criteria in the summary.
- Show the progress bars in the summary.
- Show comments and ratings filter.
- Filter by language. It only shows the comments of the product of the customer's language.
- Show all reviews or only featured comments.
- Set a limit. Maximum number of revies to show.
- Sorting comments by date to show, creation date, update date, average rating, featured comments first or by title.
- Sort in ascending or descending format.
For the home page it is possible:
- Show the rating summary.

For product listings it is possible to:
- Show the rating stars.
For the detail page of the order it is possible to:
- Selecting the order statuses that allow the customer to send comments about the product.
- Indicating the rating that will be selected by default.
- Allow editing comments.
- Indicating if the title of the comment is required.
- Indicating if the content of the review is required.
- Allow photo upload of the received product.
From the same configuration it is also possible:
- Export comments.
- Import comments.
- View the details of the cron or recurring task.

What emails does this module send automatically?
- Email to the administrator for each new comment.
- Email to the customer when a comment has been rejected.
- Email to the customer when a comment has been accepted.
- Email to the customer when the administrator decides to send a response on the comment.
- Email to the customer to promote the comment's publication.
- Email to the customer to inform him of the reward received for sending your review.
Recommandations
This module is fully compatible with themes that have been developed with the Bootstrap 3.0+ technology. With other templates may need to do some adaptation.
