Up-sell certain product or services that can be easily added to cart during checkout, for example:
  • express shipment - guarantee same day shipment as special (paid) service, visible directly in cart summary and, as a convenience, quickly visible also in Backoffice / Orders
  • extended return period - customers may purchase longer return period
  • insurance - let customers add extended insurance for their order
  • gifts - allow customers to add small gifts or up-sell items to their carts

Customer selected "special services / goods" will be immediately visible in orders listing, allowing staff to process them with priority!
