You will be able to index all your products or just some of them in the search engine integrated on your website. To select the minimum numbers of words needed for a search, to enable spelling correction, to filter the searches for exact match (book ≠ bookshelf), to select the product fields that will be indexed into your search, and to enable the smart search which will eliminate the 0 results for the words typed incorrectly.

Multi-Store Usage
This module is compatible with multi-store Prestashop. You can install the module in all your stores in a multi-store and use different configurations for each of them or configure once for all stores.
 
Multi-Language Usage
This module is compatible with multi-language Prestashop. Our module allows you to change the text for each language you want to have it in your website.

Customers will get the best matching products in the shortest time using the search engine server.
If the intelligent search will be enabled, they will get the best matching results for the words they wrote instead of 0 results page. After typing a couple of words the search will show a couple of matching products so they will not have to type the whole name, or they will get the exact match in case of typing the full name, with all of the other similar products excluded.

Caractéristiques

Elastic Search comes with the following features:

Back Office:

  • You can enable or disable the elastic search engine
  • Set up your own host or use the default one given by us
  • Enable Elastic search logging for debug purposes, specify preferred log file path and log level
  • Index your products into the search, and preview how many of them are currently indexed from the total amount available in your shop
  • Exclude search results that include words that do not match 100%
  • Specify the minimum and maximum word lengths that the Elastic Search engine will index
  • Specify a pipe separated list of excluded (banned) words from indexation
  • Enable/disable the desired product fields for indexation (product name, short description, long description, reference, category, manufacturer, tags, attributes and features)
  • Enable smart search feature to check for possible spelling errors and typos when searching
  • Search for all words​ or at least one of the words​
  • Specify what is the minimum “match” percentage a search result must have
  • Specify the search rank (importance) for every product field available

Front Office:

  • Preview the matching products under the search bar while typing
  • Preview the total number of matches displayed on
