With this simple module you can easily configure XERO Accounting Software with your PrestaShop store in a small amount of time. The products do not have to be in sync in XERO and PrestaShop - what You sell in PrestaShop, will be transferred to XERO.
The module uses XERO Private API, that gives You seamless integration after initial setup. No login or any other action is needed afterwards!
Module functionality is small/ limited, whereas it has all the basics you need to start your work. Yet our team can build additional extensions, custom solutions, and can also assist with your configuration and integration processes.

Installation

Steps to do after installing the module:
1. Generate a private-public key pair (instructions can be found in our full documentation http://eshopagency.eu/prestashop_and_Xero_integration_module.pdf)
2. Log in to XERO
3. Choose „my applications“ and after that „add application“
4. Fill in the fields. Choose "Private", name Your application and select Your company
5. Upload generated x509 certificate file
6. After setup You can get the details for Your new XERO application. The OAuth details should be inserted into the administration area of the module.

Caractéristiques
When placing an order in Prestashop, the module syncs the following set of data:
- product reference code and price (with/ without VAT);
- product discount % (if any);
- order shipping cost;
- order total cost (with/ without VAT).
- when generating an invoice in Prestashop, the module automatically adds one to XERO;
- when changing order's status, the information is automatically sent to XERO;
- when changing order's status, a message is automatically sent to customer.
