This is an extended version of module Price hide. Module can work in two modes:
"Registered and authorized" - in this mode (predefined option) only registered and authorized users can see prices and buy products. After authorization by admin, customer can be notified by email.
"Registered users" - product prices are visible after customer registration (after login in). There is no need for explicit authentication in this mode.
Unregistered customers can browse the shop in catalog mode (without prices and, add to cart button, currencies...).
For both modes it is possible to define categories with visible prices even for unregistered customers.

Installation
1. Download the module.
2. Unzip and upload folder pricehide on your server into /modules directory.
3. Activate module in admin interface. You can find it under "Pricing & Promotion" tab.
4. Change the module configuration settings according your needs.
